How do you split the tabs into windows?
The file can't create windows. You set them up once yourself.
Drag a tab out of the bar and drop it, and it becomes its own window. Drag more tabs onto it. For example:

- Since Cradle of War all windows jump to the same tab number after docking or undocking. Client bug, not the overview. Click back once.
- Set D-Scan to a fixed “?” filter. With “active overview” it follows the tab you touched last.
- EVE remembers column widths per tab position. Split first, then set widths.
